  • Fluent in English (for global projects) OR Native Indonesian (for local projects)
  • Active LinkedIn (min. 100 connections) & familiar with LinkedIn features
  • Min. 1 year recruitment experience (incl. internship)
  • Strong in sourcing, replacement, team building & engagement
  • Able to collaborate with LINCHUB Founder
  • Able to work WFA (Work From Anywhere) & flexible
  • Good time management skills

Responsibilities:

  • Share job postings
  • Source & filter candidates
  • Submit shortlist
  • Conduct quick interviews (template provided)

Payment Terms:

  • Payment is only made when candidates are shortlisted, declared qualified, and successfully onboarded.
  • Payment varies depending on the client and project.
  • Detailed payment scheme & SLA will be shared in the working sheet after passing the selection proces
